Alongside Sharon Scott of Place Solutions we’ve delivered workshops for a growing number of local food related initiatives.

In Ards and North Down the focus was developing as a food tourism destination, utilising local assets and learning from global best practice examples.

For Causeway Coast and Glens, the food producers network required support to look at sustainable development solutions to enable growth.

Derry/Londonderry wanted a food tourism development workshop to bring together food producers, brewers, tourism and hospitality businesses and grow opportunities arising from greater use and visibility of local produce.
