I was invited to join a team of business experts and civil servants reviewing the Cyprus Ministry of Energy, Commerce, Industry and Tourism (MECIT). My focus was the Cyprus Tourism Organisation, MECIT tourism function and the Cyprus Handicrafts Service. The contract involved fact finding missions, stakeholder meetings, Ministerial briefings, and final report.
